I have really been slacking in getting my food posts up. I have a few posts that are almost ready, but not quite. Tomorrow we head up north, a 9 hour drive :P where we will be attending a memorial service for my uncle who passed away unexpectedly. So I apologize in advance for no food posts. But don't worry, I am going to make myself post what I've been cooking. I just need to take some time off to be with my family.
